Jane is the owner and founder of JK Sales Consultancy. Her passion to work closely with clients in an engaging way comes from over 27 years of working for blue chip organisations and enjoying making a difference to people as well as businesses performances. She now uses this experience to advise and support Managing Directors and Senior Leaders on sales matters, from improving performance across their sales teams to implementing effective sales processes.
Previously Jane has held sales leadership roles across a variety of organisations and so has extensive experience in the world of sales. With a background in sales methodology, sales processes and sales operations she brings a wealth of knowledge and creates effective frameworks to work from. She has also run sales teams and sales management teams so has a clear understanding of the day to day activities involved and what ‘good’ should look like in a well-run sales department.
She has led, trained, coached and mentored many individuals helping them reach their potential. Described as inspirational, unique in her style yet authentic in her approach, Jane has the ability to see past the surface and get right to the core of whoever she works with. She builds an environment of trust and support that allows individuals to realise their true amazing self, while on the journey of discovery.
Being of a certain age, Jane recognises that mature women in the workplace can experience difficulty when going through the menopause. It can impact their confidence and career choices so she works closely with organisations supporting these women and educating their wider audience.
Jane has post graduate diplomas in Human Resource Development and in the Management of Human Resource Development. In 2019 she completed her Professional Certificate in Coaching at Henley Business School, Henley on Thames and became a certified Professional Scrum Master I in 2020.
She is an active participant in the Women in Sales Awards (Europe) event having been a Judge in 2016 and 2017, and a Mentor in 2018. She was also a panel member at The Sales Hacker Conference UK in 2017 and at the Modern Woman Business event in 2019..
In her spare time Jane works with women from all backgrounds, youth charities, enjoys yoga, running and is an avid reader.
She lives in Windsor, Berkshire and has a grown up son.
